Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.
Important Exceptions:
For safety and legal compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Automatic knives (due to legal restrictions in many jurisdictions)
- Butterfly knives (balisongs) that show any signs of use
- Ceramic knives (due to their specialized manufacturing process)
- Any knife that has been sharpened, used, or modified in any way
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] with your request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the items in their original packaging
- Include all original documentation and accessories
- Ship to the address we provide using a trackable method
- Email us the tracking information
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error: We will cover return shipping costs.
For other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking for valuable knives.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to exchange for
- We will ship your new item once we receive the return
- You will be responsible for any price difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective knife (including Benchmade autos, CRKT folders, or Buck fixed blades):

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
