  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

  • 15-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and documentation
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Automatic knives (due to legal restrictions)
  • Butterfly knives (balisongs) showing any signs of use
  • Ceramic knives (due to specialized manufacturing)
  • Any knife that has been sharpened, used, or modified
